Manufacturing
Gulfraz Group of Companies is one of the leading vertically integrated textile unit, comprising of weaving, processing, stitching, cutting & Packing.
Weaving
We are proud to announce that we have Semi auto loom's, Auto looms, Sultzer & Waterjet looms, we are producing woven fabrics in 100% cotton & poly cotton, micro fabrics (in different blends) 33" to 130" widths in grey, 30" to 124" bleached/ dyed and 30" to 120" & 30" to 153"printed fabrics.
We are producing plain, satin, twills, dobby & jacquard etc. Our daily production is 4 x 20ft fcls of mix items.
Processing
We have complete set-up for the processing of "A" grade quality, we can comply all the buyers required tests in every construction, we also have singing, continuous wash/ dying, chintz, mercerizing/ sanforizing & raising, we are producing 30" to 1153" widths in bleached & plain dyed form 2 x 20ft fcls daily, we also have a modern rotary machine with 16 colors working width 120", our daily production in printed is 2x20ft fcl.
Printing
The rotary printing facility at Gulfraz Group processes the most fascinating designs with high precision & accuracy in pigment & reactive range.

Cutting
We are equipped with an auto spreader, cutting table fabric. The company is planning to add further new technology to the auto cutter as well. We have cutting capacity more than 600,000 Pcs /month
Stitching
We have ultra modern complete stitching set along with the skilled staff, we are producing, bed sets, curtains, kitchen linen, table linen, promotional/ gift items, hotel and hospital textile (bed-sheets, pillow covers, fitted sheets, worker gowns, scrub suits, t-shirts, polo shirts, hood shirts, sweat shirts & Trousers) successfully. Our daily production is 2x20ft fcl.
Inspection & Packing
We normally inspect the fabrics three times, grey fabrics checking/ mending at weaving units, second checking/ screening of grey fabrics at godown and thirdly piece to piece checking/ grading after processing. For made-ups, we have a team of skilled workers who finally inspect the goods before packing. This is why we ship to our customers with the guarantee that the shipped goods can be replaced if they are not found as per their standard.
